2. Prizes are offered on 'NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND' basis and are non-transferable.
3. BUILD. reserves the right to modify/withdraw the prizes, with/without any prior notice
4. BUILD. has the sole discretion in selecting the winners from all the eligible entries received
5. There shall not be any obligation whatsoever on the part of the winners of the contest to purchase any BUILD. products in the future.
6. The winners will be chosen on the basis of the efforts put into creating the content, overall theme, and quality of the video. BUILD. holds the right to decide the winner at their discretion.
7. Any entry that has a reference to another brand or uses any brand name other than BUILD. will not be considered for the winning short list.

General Terms & Conditions:

1. The contest is organised by BUILD.
2. Contestants who will participate in the contest must be 18 years of age or older.
3. The contest is open to Indian nationalities.
4. A participant does not need to be a BUILD. product user in order to participate in the contest.
5. All participants must agree to abide by the terms and conditions.
6. Fans are not permitted to submit entries on behalf of any other individual or entity.
7. Reels must be shared via DM or posted only on Instagram, tagging @build.official along with #BUILDYourself. Entries submitted on any other post or platform will NOT be considered.
8. Submission of posts of any kind on the contest post, not relevant to the contest, will not be considered or replied to.
9. The Participants should not use any objectionable language or visuals or symbols etc. of whatsoever description.
10. Entries not related to #BUILDYourself will be disqualified.
11. Winners will be declared by BUILD. on their official social media pages.
12. Announced winners who fail to share proper information shall be disqualified from the prize.
13. Winners who share addresses that are not proper or are in an area where delivery services are unavailable shall be disqualified from the prize.
14. The decision of the brand will be deemed final, and no correspondence will be entertained by BUILD. with regard to the same.
15. BUILD. holds the right to publish the winners' names and content across their online platforms.
16. The participant grants BUILD. its irrevocable consent in perpetuity to use the contest entries.
17. By sharing the personal details, the participant grants BUILD. all the rights to use their data for sales and marketing purposes.
18. Multiple entries are not allowed. Contestants take full responsibility for the entries shared by them.
19. BUILD. reserves the right to withdraw the contest and/or change, amend, extend, and/or alter any of the terms & conditions of this contest, without any reason and at any time, without prior notice.
20. BUILD. will not be responsible and liable for any and all disputes raised by guests regarding the acceptability, suitability, delivery, service, defects, deficiency, performance, or quality of the services or products provided under the contest.
